Videos are also classed as personal data so it's important that I tell you about how I store and use those. The videos (copyright owned by Camidu Ltd) from your commission working with Camidu will be stored offline on hard drives the reason for storage is so that you can come to Camidu if you lose your copies (before 30 Days, after 30 days your videos will be removed) but also as record of Camidu's work which is important to the growth of Camidu.
If you sign a release (Optional and discussed at time of booking) in our contract for our working agreement the photos will be used in the following places for the marketing of Camidu; The Vimeo business page of Camidu (https://vimeo.com/user124499484) Instagram business page of Camidu (-) The videos will not be shared with any third party blogs or publications without prior discussion with you the client/supplier use of photos. If your suppliers request use of any of the images from a wedding they must do so through Camidu (not you the client) so they can sign an agreement stating where and how the videos will be used both to protect the data of Camidu and you the client.
The photos will also be shared with various print suppliers should you the client request to have an album or any other printed product.
